Healthcare Accounts Executive

Healthcare Accounts Executive We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Healthcare Accounts Executive to join our growing healthcare team. This role focuses on healthcare accounts, claims administration and billing , with opportunities to work closely with our clinical and administrative teams across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, documentation and follow-ups, while having a good understanding of healthcare administration and the ability to support clinic operations when required. Key Responsibilities Manage Medisave claim submissions , ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant requirements Liaise with insurers and third-party administrators (TPAs) on claims, billing and payment matters Manage accounts receivable (AR) , including invoicing, payment tracking and follow-up of outstanding balances Reconcile claims, payments and receipts against clinic records Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims, payments and supporting documentation Maintain accurate and well-organised financial and claims records for audit and compliance purposes Support patient billing, payment collection and related administrative matters when required Assist with insurance and claims-related enquiries from patients and clinic teams Provide administrative support to clinic teams as required Support day-to-day clinic operations when operational needs arise Assist with administrative coordination for clinic activities and healthcare programmes Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative and billing processes Identify opportunities to improve accounts, claims and administrative workflows Requirements Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline Prior working experience in the healthcare industry is preferred Experience with Medisave, insurance claims, medical billing or healthcare accounts is strongly preferred Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers, records and documentation Strong organisational and follow-up skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment A responsible and proactive team player with a strong eye for detail #J-18808-Ljbffr The Straits Medical Services
