Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate, individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client confidentiality is upheld.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care, contributing to case discussions and multi-disciplinary team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
