Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves clients aged 9 years and older, guiding them through various mental health challenges. Our diverse patient population consists of individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will utilize therapeutic and preventative techniques to address these challenges and enhance the well-being of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Ability to maintain Professional Liability Insurance coverage that meets state requirements.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with your level of experience and established client volume.
