Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses based on DSM-5 criteria, and co-create individualized treatment plans with clients.

• Provide effective individual, group, and/or family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches suited to the client's unique circumstances.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring the safety and stability of clients in distress.
\n
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to create a comprehensive care approach for clients.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their journey to wellness.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and self-study to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Required to be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist, holding LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R certification.

Preferred Experience\n

• While a previous clinical setting experience is advantageous, it is not required for entry-level candidates.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is preferred but can be trained.

Compensation and Benefits\n
