Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, solution-focused psychosocial counseling to adolescents facing mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver specialized therapeutic support to adolescents in hospice care, including those with serious mental illnesses or developmental disabilities.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on adolescents, including those from diverse cultural backgrounds, who are dealing with complex mental health issues. Many of our clients may be experiencing situational crises due to health challenges, including those receiving hospice care. The goal is to provide them with a safe space to work through their emotions, facilitate coping mechanisms for effective stress management, and ultimately contribute to improved mental health outcomes during critical life stages.

Qualifications\n
