Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $136,822 to $179,379 annually (based on experience)
• Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 annually via Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive trauma and emergency general surgery coverage overnight
• Manage trauma admissions, resuscitation, and inpatient care
• Conduct evaluations, develop care plans, and interpret diagnostics
• Assist surgeons with operative procedures and emergency interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Document all clinical activities in Epic EMR
• Support quality, safety, and performance metrics for trauma services
• Engage in ongoing professional development and leadership opportunities

What You Need:

• Active Colorado medical license; NCCPA certification and BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years trauma or surgical experience (fellowship preferred)
• Strong clinical skills in trauma, resuscitation, and surgical support
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
