Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms. Utilize standardized diagnostic tools and individualized interviews to gather critical information.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring each plan is tailored for maximum effectiveness.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in understanding and managing their mood disorders.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients' progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure alignment with therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals dealing with various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
