Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will have the flexibility to manage your day-to-day activities while connected to a collaborative team of dedicated mental health professionals. Although the position allows for a work-from-home setup, you will remain engaged with our school-based settings, directly impacting the lives of students and families. Our practice operates primarily during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs and school schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient and collaborate on tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to facilitate individual, couples, and family counseling sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational groups and workshops that address common mental health challenges, promoting awareness and community support among participants.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and coordinated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and connecting patients to appropriate resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
