Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.

• Utilize assessment tools and techniques to conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health, helping to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and goals, while reviewing and adjusting these plans as necessary.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular case reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging treatment methodologies to uphold high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We focus primarily on young adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often present with complex needs, including anxiety disorders, major depressive episodes, trauma history, and difficulties with executive functioning. Understanding their unique backgrounds and circumstances is essential, as it enables us to provide tailored therapeutic interventions that effectively address their specific issues.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active license in your respective field, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Strong clinical skills with proven experience in providing individual therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients and engender trust.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance options, retirement plans, and paid time off.
