Director of Sales & Operations Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commissioned sales team
Drive revenue growth by improving sales processes and customer experience
Partner with ownership to build scalable systems for future expansion
Oversee key operational functions, including inventory, delivery, and customer service
Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
Lead from the front by actively supporting the sales floor and closing customer opportunities

Director of Sales & Operations Requirements

35 years of leadership experience in a commission-driven retail environment
Proven success growing sales and leading high-performing teams
Experience balancing sales leadership with operational management
Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
Background in furniture, appliances, automotive, or similar retail industries preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused business
