Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive intake summaries, treatment plans, and ongoing case summaries while maintaining accurate and confidential records in line with state regulations and NCQA standards. This role includes documentation of treatment and progress to ensure continuity and efficacy of care.

• Supervision: If qualified, you may supervise Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors, guiding them in their professional development and adherence to best practices in treatment.

• Family Support: Provide education and support to clients’ families regarding treatment plans, encouraging their involvement and understanding in the therapeutic process to enhance adherence and co-management of care.
\n
• Resource Coordination: Utilize community and public agency resources to meet client needs, including providing referrals to relevant external services that enhance the overall treatment experience.
\n
• Program Development: Engage actively in the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs designed for patients with acute and chronic mental illnesses. This includes participating in staff conferences to strategize client care.

• Psychotherapy: Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the specific needs of a diverse patient population.

• Patient Education: Counsel clients and their families on adherence to therapeutic and medication regimens, ensuring they understand their treatment options and processes.

• Psychoeducation: Develop and lead psychoeducational classes and support groups, fostering a deeper understanding of mental health issues and promoting community support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges from anxiety and depression to severe and chronic mental illnesses. Your empathetic approach and clinical expertise will be crucial in helping these individuals navigate their treatment within an inclusive and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based psychotherapy and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate meaningful engagements with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
