Executive Assistant (Circleville Branch)

Overview I'm hiring a high-level Executive Assistant. Not someone to run my calendar (I have AI for that). Not a coffee runner (I’ll get you coffee). I need a quick mind. Calm under pressure. High IQ. High execution. You will report to our Circleville office primarily and sometimes report to our Bexley office. You are supporting our Central Ohio footprint. You will plug into marketing, sales, operations, finance, systems, and leadership. You will remove bottlenecks, drive execution, protect my focus, and help build structure as we scale. Assist with managing a 4 person team. Operations and HR Screen applicants and support hiring and onboarding. Assist with reporting and process improvement. Drive processes through SOPs Drive accountability through KPIs Sales No specific responsibilities listed. Finance Assist with specialized reporting, month end metrics, and commission tracking. Very likely assist with basic bookkeeping functions. Systems Maintain pricing accuracy in estimating software. Document and improve processes.
