Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, establish clinical diagnoses, and devise personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' specific needs.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients facing severe mental health crises, providing immediate support and resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop holistic care plans, ensuring continuity in treatment across various platforms.

• Provide educational support to clients and their families about mental health implications, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
