Work Environment\n

This position is completely remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule within a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday. You will be partnering with a Detox Center, making this an exciting opportunity to engage with clients in a supportive, progressive, and therapeutic environment while working from the comfort of your home. Our team is dynamic and work-focused, ensuring that telehealth technology is utilized efficiently to maintain high standards of client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as an Independent Contractor, maintaining a flexible schedule while adhering to the clinical standards and practices set by Clear Mind Therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their needs, developing personalized treatment strategies that promote psychological well-being.

• Provide ongoing support and resources to clients, actively researching and referring them to community resources when needed, ensuring they have access to a comprehensive care network.
\n
• Deliver counseling and psychotherapy sessions tailored for adults and senior clients, focusing on their unique mental health challenges and facilitating positive outcomes.

• Regularly document and track client progress through our practice management software, maintaining precision in diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with senior clients and adults facing a diverse range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other behavioral health challenges. In our collaborative environment, your expertise will help clients navigate their mental health journeys, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and equipped to achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, with a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• At least three (3) years of relevant professional experience in the mental health field, preferably with a focus on adult and senior client populations.

• Proficient computer skills, including competency in the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
