Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, ensuring the integration of culturally competent practices.
\n
• Developing personalized therapy plans based on client goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.
\n
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions with patients, employing a range of therapeutic techniques to support mental health improvement.
\n
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions within our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participating actively in training and supervision sessions, continuously enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client focus includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, with a special emphasis on serving Latino and multicultural communities. As a member of our team, you will engage with clients facing a range of challenges, including trauma, grief and loss, relationships, and behavioral health issues. You will utilize a strengths-based approach to empower clients, helping them to navigate life’s transitions and foster long-term healing.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• Master's Degree from an accredited program in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license.
\n
• Strong bilingual abilities in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, to effectively provide services to our diverse clientele.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, working with individuals and families.
\n
• Demonstrated respect for individual and cultural differences, and a commitment to diversity in practice.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team.
\n
• Familiarity with EHR software, Microsoft Office, and telehealth platforms to support remote service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional bonuses are available based on performance metrics. Benefits include:
