In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as required by site policies, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations through established channels. Support a professional work environment by following post orders, completing required reports, and assisting with security-related requests from the client site in a courteous manner. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
