Marketing Manager I/II, HCP - Migraine
AbbVie
AbbVie seeks a Marketing Manager for its migraine franchise to develop and execute healthcare provider marketing strategies and omnichannel programs. This Grade 18 or 19 position, based in New Jersey or Illinois, involves leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth through integrated promotion and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and HCP marketing plans to accelerate migraine franchise growth
- Translate brand strategy and customer insights into integrated omnichannel engagement plans across personal and digital channels
- Lead omnichannel execution including sales materials, email, websites, paid media, and virtual programs with coordinated messaging
- Develop measurement frameworks and use performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize channel investments
- Manage multiple complex projects and support sales force communications regarding marketing programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Marketing experience demonstrating proficiency across core marketing disciplines
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience, sales or marketing preferred
- Experience developing integrated HCP omnichannel marketing in regulated environments
- Strong project management, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- MBA preferred
