We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable Experienced Real Estate Agent to become part of our collaborative team. In this role, your expertise will help deliver outstanding client experiences while contributing to the growth and success of the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process
• Conduct thorough market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Marietta area
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to facilitate successful transactions
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to expand the company's network and referral base

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent
• Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of the greater Atlanta real estate markets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
