Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring their mental health needs are accurately addressed.

  Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups through virtual sessions, utilizing various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

  Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to facilitate effective outcomes and ensure adherence to established mental health goals.

  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

  Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for efficient tracking of client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington state.

  A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, with a preference for clinical settings.

  Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
