Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual therapy sessions to assist clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while providing strategies for coping with life's pressures.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, guiding partners in improving communication and resolving conflicts in a safe, structured environment.

• Provide family counseling that addresses dynamics and dysfunction, enhancing family coherence and nurturing understanding among family members.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
