Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a systemic, relational approach tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on client assessments, goals, and therapeutic objectives.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively with referring providers, case managers, and community resources, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will primarily work with a diverse client base that includes individuals and families facing various emotional and relational challenges. This may encompass issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, parenting struggles, and more. Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, with an expected salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
