Key Responsibilities

• Participate in community outreach programs, health fairs, and educational seminars to promote cardiovascular health awareness and conduct health screenings.
• Coordinate care by managing referrals and ensuring that follow-up services are executed seamlessly, enhancing continuity of care.

Qualifications
