Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for individual and family therapy sessions, effectively addressing complex emotional and psychological issues.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, and meeting with each individual to provide tailored support and intervention.
\n
• Specializing in various areas such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, medical issues, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies and methodologies, customizing approaches to best meet the needs of each client.
\n
• Maintaining thorough documentation of patient progress, compliance with state regulations, and organizational standards for quality care.

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various life challenges. You will address a broad spectrum of issues, including but not limited to:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, those with experience in teletherapy or working within a community health clinic setting will be given preference. Candidates aiming for a minimum of 30 hours of availability per week will fit well in our structure.
