Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailored to meet their unique behavioral and mental health needs.

• Complete and maintain accurate client documentation timely, adhering to all regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as required, which may include manualized treatment models and therapeutic approaches aligned with best practices in mental health counseling.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans for clients, enhancing their overall well-being.

• Engage actively in the agency's licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the ongoing improvement of service delivery.

• Serve as a vital liaison among relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders to promote the agency’s mission and develop strategies that address community health concerns.

• Establish and nurture relationships with various local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and training, and share your expertise with community groups.

• Represent the agency at statewide meetings and task forces relevant to your area of expertise.

• Uphold and promote the agency's values, philosophy, and principles in all interactions and decisions.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Clinic Director as required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, ensuring a solid foundation in emotional and psychological care.

• Active and independent LMHC licensure issued by the state board of Texas.
\n
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records as well as preparing detailed reports for various stakeholders.

• Excellent collaboration skills to thrive in an interdisciplinary team environment, enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate complex ideas into accessible information.
