Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain supportive and trusting relationships with students, their families, and school staff.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evidence-based screenings to identify mental health concerns.

• Design and implement integrated care plans that involve relevant stakeholders, including teachers and parents.

• Provide a wide range of therapeutic services, including crisis intervention, individual therapy, and group sessions.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities tailored to the needs of children exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses or emotional disturbances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with clinic standards.

• Engage in quality improvement activities and participate in team meetings and clinical supervision.

• Educate students and families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually , along with an attractive benefits package.
