Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the mental health needs of students, evaluating their strengths, resources, and concerns.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused interventions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that highlight specific goals, interventions, and progress metrics tailored to each student's situation.

• Work collaboratively with educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to student care.

• Maintain precise documentation of all therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in adherence with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups designed to educate students and their families about mental health topics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents who present with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
