Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that adhere to established practice guidelines tailored for each diagnosis.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic models, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques within client sessions.

• Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, assisting in their professional development and ensuring high quality of care.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to create integrated treatment strategies for clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments during intake sessions, to define treatment needs and establish appropriate diagnoses.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, identifying immediate needs and coordinating essential services for clients in distress.
\n
• Facilitate training sessions and educational workshops for team members and community stakeholders on various clinical topics to promote awareness and therapeutic skills.

• Adequately manage your caseload while ensuring timely documentation and use of electronic medical records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic support to clients with diverse backgrounds and needs, particularly mothers and individuals from underserved communities. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
