ABOUT THE ROLE

A well-established towing company is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a long-term basis.

This position is ideal for someone who has a strong accounting background but also enjoys being the person who keeps an office organized and running smoothly. You'll handle day-to-day accounting responsibilities, support payroll and AP/AR, help lead the office, and work closely with the team to keep things moving.

The company is very motivated to find the right person who wants to build a long-term career with the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable .
• Process payroll and maintain accurate financial records.
• Work in QuickBooks for daily accounting activities.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledgers/registers.
• Help keep office processes organized and running efficiently.
• Provide leadership and direction to office staff.
• Assist with employee-related matters and general HR functions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate with customers, employees, vendors, and management.
• Identify issues and help find practical solutions.
• Take on additional administrative and accounting responsibilities as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong understanding of basic accounting practices.
• Experience with QuickBooks .
• AP/AR and payroll experience.
• Experience with general ledgers/registers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous office management or general administrative experience.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a busy environment.
• HR experience is a major plus.
• Reliable, accountable, and interested in becoming a long-term member of the team.
