Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct high-quality virtual therapy sessions with pre-screened clients using our secure telehealth platform.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active mental health licensure in Tennessee, such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapeutic services is essential for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

While it is mandatory to have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preference will be given to candidates with experience in telehealth settings and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
