This position will operate primarily from a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions: Lead insightful and engaging group sessions that empower clients to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

• Conduct Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling that encourages clients to delve into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, allowing for the development of effective coping strategies.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitor Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with Team Members: Regularly communicate and collaborate with other professionals in the team to coordinate care and consult on complex cases for optimal outcomes.

Our primary focus is on young adults dealing with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Licensure: Candidates must hold current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Experience: Proven experience working with mental health disorders is essential, preferably in both residential and outpatient settings.

• Team Collaboration: A strong commitment to teamwork and a passion for fostering positive change in clients' lives.

• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy is highly valued.

• Annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 based on qualifications and experience.
