Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Developing comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and aligning them with individual client goals and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients at our detox center, helping individuals who are at various stages of recovery and dealing with substance use issues. You will work with a diverse population, providing culturally sensitive care and utilizing your expertise to facilitate their journey toward wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid LCSW license in California with the capability to practice independently.

• A minimum of two years experience in a clinical setting providing therapeutic services to individuals and groups.

• The ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong communication and collaborative relationships with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualifications are essential, candidates with prior experience in detox or substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, or specialized training in evidence-based therapies will be given preference. Experience with telehealth services is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
