We are seeking a Receptionist (Administrative Assistant 1) to join our San Ramon, CA team! Responsibilities Answer and screen all incoming calls, direct them as appropriate. Prepare, retrieve, and distribute all mail and delivery packages. Prepare daily deposits. Maintain cleanliness of reception and kitchen areas, restock areas as needed. Track and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis including copy machine, computer, postage meter. Minimum Requirements High School education or equivalent. Proficient general office skills. General office experience preferred. Excellent customer service skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Technical Requirements Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Other Qualities Honesty, integrity and confidentiality a must. Positive attitude, self‑starter. Compensation $21.00 - $23.00 hourly The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
