Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and couples therapy tailored to the unique needs of clients across various age ranges, ensuring inclusivity and engagement.

• Utilize our efficient billing service to manage client accounts, including claims, eligibility checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus more on therapeutic work.

• Maintain thorough and timely records of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients and manage your calendar proficiently to accommodate the needs of your clientele, maintaining a minimum of 20-25 hours of client-facing time weekly.

• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow therapists, contributing to a culture of support and shared learning to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with students in a school setting, addressing a spectrum of emotional and behavioral challenges. This environment allows for the development of strong therapeutic relationships, fostering trust and encouraging client engagement. You will cater to diverse populations, potentially managing cases that involve trauma, anxiety, depression, and social skills development.

Qualifications\n

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active LCSW licensure to practice independently in Texas.

• Availability for full-time work, including two evenings per week is expected.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a competitive hourly rate for services rendered. Additionally, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus and receive comprehensive benefits, including:
