Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patients' psychosocial status, including conducting interviews with individuals, families, and groups, analyzing their unique challenges and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Perform clinical interventions using best practices in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), fostering healthier coping mechanisms among clients.

• Engage in frequent communication with fellow team members to share insights on patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and contribute to interdisciplinary care discussions during virtual meetings.

• Document and complete all patient records promptly, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and departmental requirements, while facilitating seamless care transitions.

• Provide case management for assigned patients to coordinate efforts with external agencies and community resources, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses psychological, social, and safety needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of relevant licensure in New Jersey as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Social Worker (LSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on relevant experience and credentials.
