About the Role We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. You'll assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child's functional independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs. Conduct evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments. Educate families on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and daily living skills. Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plan updates accurately. Participate in care coordination, team meetings, and discharge planning. Stay current with pediatric OT best practices and regulatory requirements.
