Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using tailored modalities that suit each client’s unique circumstances, focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress toward these goals to adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Facilitate remote therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face challenges attending in person.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to uphold ethical standards and improve the quality of care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training, and supervision to stay current with best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. In addition to financial compensation, our organization provides:
