Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments that are culturally and age-appropriate to identify the mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs of our clients in the school environment.

• Provide a range of behavioral health services, including individual and group counseling, intake assessments, and crisis intervention, tailored to the distinct needs of students and their families.
\n
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual assessments, goals, and progress while ensuring regular updates and monitoring.
\n
• Document all evaluations, treatment progress notes, and suicide risk assessments accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic health record systems.
\n
• Act as a liaison to local resources and community agencies, facilitating referrals and connecting families with appropriate support services, including medication assistance programs and community mental health resources.

• Collaborate effectively with Quality Improvement teams to enhance service delivery processes and contribute to data collection initiatives that support the growth of our programs.

Your primary focus will be on serving children and families within the school setting, where you will address a range of social, emotional, and behavioral health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work is required.
