Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, identifying underlying issues and strengths.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments, collaborating with clients to set realistic goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, addressing a wide variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, conflict resolution, and relationship satisfaction.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure responses to therapy are effective and aligned with clients' evolving needs.

• Document interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, equipping clients with tools and strategies to navigate acute distress events.

• Maintain professional relationships with interdisciplinary teams, collaborating to deliver holistic care across various disciplines.

• Stay informed about advancements in marriage and family therapy practices through continuous professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse patient population, including young adults, families, and couples. This role encompasses addressing various emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges, while adapting therapeutic approaches to best meet individual client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is essential.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy, either individually or with couples, showcasing an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise clinical documentation and effectively engage clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for managing client information is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
