Full charge bookkeeper

This direct-hire position offers a smooth transition alongside comprehensive hands-on training. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will manage day-to-day transaction posting, accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, and payroll entries.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable: Post incoming payments (checks, credit cards, wire transfers, ACH) in QuickBooks Desktop and internal software. Process quarterly mass invoicing and light daily billings.
• Accounts Payable: Manage bi-weekly bill entry and payments for a low-volume vendor list. Handle wire transfers and fraud protection software.
• Reconciliations & Payroll: Perform monthly bank and merchant account reconciliations. Record bi-weekly ADP payroll entries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience (A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations).
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with structured operating procedures.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Spanish language skills are a plus.
