Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a comprehensive range of therapeutic services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group sessions, implementing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations to diagnose mental and emotional disorders, formulating effective treatment plans that support client progress toward health and wellness.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to discuss client assessments and refine treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Utilize a variety of psychological techniques to address and treat various psychological disorders, assessing the effectiveness of chosen approaches and modifying treatment plans as needed.

• Help facilitate periodic therapeutic retreats and activities, enhancing client engagement and fostering community within the client population.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
