Housing Case Manager

PsychPros is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare staffing and recruiting. We are currently hiring a Temporary Rapid Rehousing Case Manager to work full-time with clients who are experiencing homelessness in Ashland, KY. This is a TEMPORARY position expected to last until December 2026. Qualifications Minimum of one year experience in social service field is required Experience working with homeless population Case management experience Driver's license and daily access to personal vehicle is required Bachelor's degree in social service related field is preferred Pay $20/hour Responsibilities Maintain caseload of up to 35 participants. Work in collaboration with the housing navigators to locate referrals and determine eligibility. Conduct assessment to determine the participants housing barriers, needs, and preferences to develop an action plan to secure housing. Meets with participants at least once monthly in the home to review their budget, bill payment, review case, and review issues that might impact housing and income. Assist participants to utilize community resources to meet their individual needs to remain stably housed. IND123 #J-18808-Ljbffr
