Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing licensure or currently enrolled in their Master’s programs, ensuring they develop the skills necessary to thrive as future therapists.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and local community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Contribute to the continued development and implementation of evidence-based treatment strategies while staying informed about the latest research in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
