Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients of various age groups and backgrounds, focusing specifically on those experiencing emotional and psychological challenges related to terminal illnesses.

• Document all client interactions and therapy notes in a timely manner to ensure comprehensive care, utilizing our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Manage client schedules by scheduling ongoing appointments, maintaining an organized calendar, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Utilize a billing service to handle claims and client accounts, allowing you to concentrate more on client care.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other therapists to enhance treatment plans and share insights about patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be supporting clients in hospice care, many of whom may be grappling with severe emotional distress, grief, and the complexities of end-of-life issues. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals and their families navigate their feelings, address unresolved issues, and find peace during a sensitive time in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with eligibility for bonuses. We offer competitive compensation as a W2 employee, along with comprehensive benefits: health insurance, fully covered overhead costs, such as furnished office space, EMR systems, office supplies, and malpractice insurance.
