This role will be conducted remotely, promoting a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to serve clients from the comfort of your home. Our organization maintains a flexible approach to scheduling, offering options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts during our operational hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospice center, your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing emotional and behavioral health issues successfully.

• Conducting thorough assessments by interviewing clients to gather critical social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.

• Identifying treatment planning needs and evaluating client progress within their therapeutic goals, ensuring they receive the appropriate interventions for their unique situations.

• Coordinating and facilitating programs that meet the emotional and social needs of clients, including short-term crisis interventions and community resource referrals.
