Key Responsibilities\n

• Apply a variety of mental health therapy techniques and interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families dealing with diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand client needs and establish initial discharge plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions in alignment with the client’s treatment goals.

• Develop initial treatment plans based on thorough assessments and collaborate with clients and relevant stakeholders to coordinate additional necessary services.

• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and services provided, adhering to both facility and professional standards.

• Manage a caseload as assigned while ensuring effective treatment and follow-up.

• Participate actively in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to construct a holistic treatment approach for clients.

• Address and resolve any client complaints swiftly, ensuring patient safety remains the top priority at all times.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned that contribute to the success of the clinic and its clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field is required.

• Current and active state or national licensure as a professional therapy provider or eligibility for licensure.

• Candidates must possess a valid license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations, including both adults and children.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with two or more years of direct therapy experience, particularly those with a background in various therapeutic modalities and client demographics, are strongly preferred.
