Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to assess client needs, develop and refine treatment plans, and track progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. The flexibility of telehealth allows us to reach clients from all walks of life, ensuring that quality mental health support is accessible. Therapists will employ various therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy—to effectively address each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
