Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual. Provide individual therapy using diverse modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to support personal growth and emotional well-being. Establish clear therapeutic goals, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Utilize teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients facing challenges due to location or circumstances, facilitating virtual sessions that maintain high-quality care. Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately, maintaining strict ethical standards and compliance with relevant regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in mental health. Patient Population / Client Focus As part of the Vibrant Minds team, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our focus on personalized care allows you to build strong therapeutic relationships and foster client empowerment, helping them achieve meaningful change in their lives. Qualifications A current and valid state license for mental health counseling, such as LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent. A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle caseload effectively. Preferred Experience Experience in a clinical or community health setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and various therapeutic modalities. Proficiency in tele-therapy platforms and technology used to deliver virtual care to clients. Participation in continuing education courses related to mental health practices. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
