Under our automotive aftermarket brand **Lokithor**, we design and manufacture premium jump starters and powersports batteries trusted by consumers, professional auto shops, and commercial fleet operators worldwide. Our Lokithor jump starters & powersports serve a wide range of applications, including: – Everyday consumer vehicles – Professional auto repair shops and service centers – Commercial vehicles such as trucks and trailers – Marine vessels and boats – Motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs – Agricultural machinery – Mining and heavy equipment vehicles We are now expanding our B2B distribution network across North and South America and looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help us grow. — The Role: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Lokithor’s footprint by identifying and securing distribution partners across multiple industry verticals. Your mission is to dive deep into specific market segments, find the right wholesalers, distributors, and dealers, and bring our products into their portfolios. **Key Responsibilities** – Develop a strong understanding of our product line, technical features, competitive positioning, and target markets. – Research and identify potential B2B partners across automotive aftermarket, marine, agricultural, commercial fleet, and industrial sectors, including but not limited to distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and retailers. – Identify and engage key decision makers and influencers within target accounts. – Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, trade shows, and other channels. – Present our product portfolio, value proposition, and partnership opportunities to potential customers. – Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing the order. – Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, including: – Inventory and product availability inquiries – Order placement and processing – Payment coordination and collections – After-sales support and issue resolution – Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners to drive repeat business and account growth. – Track sales activities, pipeline, and customer information in CRM. The responsibilities listed above represent the primary scope of this role. Based on workload, business needs, and team priorities, the company may assign additional related tasks from time to time, including but not limited to product research, market research, and product promotion or marketing support activities. — **What We’re Looking For** – 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or channel sales experience (automotive aftermarket, marine, agricultural, or industrial verticals strongly preferred). – Proven track record of outbound prospecting and closing new accounts. – Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills. – Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts independently. – Experience with CRM tools. – Familiarity with jump starters, automotive accessories, or powersports products is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate. – Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. **Location Requirement** – This is an onsite role based at our Livermore, CA office. – Remote work will only be considered for candidates with substantial, demonstrable experience in the automotive aftermarket industry and an established network of relevant B2B contacts. — **What We Offer** – Base salary plus uncapped commission – Health benefits and PTO – A growing brand with strong product market fit and ready inventory – Direct access to leadership and a clear path for career growth – Supportive, collaborative team culture
