Operations Crew Member
Allianz Amphitheater is seeking operations crew members to support venue setup, show-day logistics, and post-event breakdown. This role is essential to ensuring the venue is safe, functional, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest and artist experience. This is a part-time, seasonal position.
What This Role Will Do
- Execute venue setup and breakdown, including barricade, bike rack, tables, signage, and equipment placement
- Support stage and backstage operational needs as directed
- Assist with lawn preparation, seating layouts, and premium area configurations
- Load, move, and store venue equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor venue conditions throughout the event and respond to operational needs
- Support weather response protocols and safety procedures
- Assist with post-show reset to prepare for the next event
- Maintain equipment organization and storage areas
- Follow all safety guidelines and communicate operational issues promptly
What This Person Will Bring
- Experience in event operations, stagehand work, or general labor preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Clear communication skills and team-first mentality
- Daytime, evening, and overnight positions available
