Business Development Executive

Position Overview We are seeking an enterprising, high-velocity Contract / Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive new client acquisition across three core verticals: B2B Recruitment Service Empanelments, RPA/Automation Consulting, and Corporate IT Training. This is a 100% commission-only, uncapped performance role designed for an elite, self-reliant hunter. You will be entirely responsible for your own lead generation, outbound prospecting, and pipeline movement. Note: In the recruitment vertical, you are not expected to source or recruit candidates; your sole focus is to get our firm empaneled as an approved vendor with corporate clients. Core Objectives Vendor Empanelment: Secure signed vendor empanelment contracts with corporate HR/Talent Acquisition teams for our recruitment services. Consulting & Training Wins: Pitch and close high-ticket RPA/Automation consulting contracts and corporate upskilling programs. Independent Lead Sourcing: Build, scrub, and execute cold outreach campaigns to mid-market and enterprise firms completely from scratch without relying on inbound marketing support. Key Responsibilities by Vertical Recruitment Services: Target companies experiencing growth or high-volume hiring. Network with HR Heads, CHROs, and TA Directors to sign master service agreements (MSAs) or empanelment contracts for our recruitment wing. RPA/Automation Consulting: Target organizations with operational inefficiencies (finance, HR, operations) and pitch custom automation/consulting solutions to optimize their workflows. Corporate Training: Partner with enterprise L&D (Learning & Development) teams and HR heads to sell customized corporate training bootcamps and technical modules. Pipeline Management: Coordinate with our technical and delivery teams to pitch comprehensive solutions, navigate pricing objections, and finalize agreements. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven B2B Hunting Experience: 3+ years selling high-ticket corporate professional services, agency empanelment contracts, IT consulting, or corporate training. Advanced Sourcing Capability: Mastery over LinkedIn Sales Navigator, database tools, and cold outreach software. No inbound leads will be provided. Corporate Navigation: Strong capability in navigating complex enterprise structures to connect with right-fit decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, CHROs, L&D Heads). High Financial Drive: Highly comfortable working in an independent, commission-only structure where your income directly matches your output.
